Acceptance and operator

Super Commerce is operated by SuperLabs. By accessing or using these pages, you agree to these Website Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Website information is not professional advice

Website content is provided for general business and technical information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, regulatory, medical, security-certification, or other regulated professional advice.

Commerce recommendations depend on facts, systems, contracts, markets, risk, evidence, and specialist review. You remain responsible for decisions made from public content and should obtain qualified advice where appropriate.

Commercial engagements require separate agreement

Prices, timelines, deliverables, calculators, audit descriptions, architecture sessions, and proposed outcomes shown on the website are invitations to discuss or request an engagement. They are not an automatic order acceptance or binding commitment.

No project, audit, subscription, purchase, partnership, service level, data-processing obligation, or payment obligation begins until the applicable parties accept written scope and commercial terms. If a signed agreement conflicts with these Website Terms, that agreement controls for the engagement.

Demos, calculators, and examples

Interactive demos use synthetic scenarios and representative behavior. They do not expose customer systems or prove that a specific outcome will occur in your environment.

ROI calculators, estimates, scorecards, metrics, performance values, diagrams, and examples are illustrative. They are not forecasts, guarantees, production benchmarks, offers of finance, or promises of revenue, savings, conversion, security, availability, or regulatory compliance.

Acceptable use

• Use the site lawfully and in a manner that does not impair availability, integrity, confidentiality, or other users.
• Do not bypass access controls, probe private systems, introduce malicious code, conduct denial-of-service activity, scrape at disruptive scale, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not misrepresent affiliation, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or infringing material, or use the site to facilitate fraud, abuse, or harm.
• Security research must follow the Security Policy. That policy does not authorize conduct prohibited by law or access to third-party systems.

Intellectual property

The website, brand, text, designs, code, demos, diagrams, documentation, and other content are owned by SuperLabs or used with permission, except where identified otherwise.

You may view and use public content internally to evaluate Super Commerce. You may not reproduce, sell, sublicense, remove notices, publish substantial portions, create misleading derivatives, or use SuperLabs or Super Commerce names or marks to imply endorsement without written permission.

Information you submit

You retain ownership of information you submit. You give SuperLabs permission to use it as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate the request, secure systems, comply with law, and manage a potential or active relationship.

Do not send information you are not authorized to disclose. Initial enquiries should not contain production credentials, payment-card data, health information, customer exports, trade secrets requiring special handling, or other highly sensitive material. A confidentiality agreement should be arranged before disclosure where needed.

Third-party services and links

Links, integrations, provider names, and third-party services are provided for context. Their availability, terms, security, content, and performance are controlled by those third parties. Reference does not necessarily mean endorsement, certification, partnership, or continuing compatibility.

You are responsible for evaluating and contracting with third parties used in your environment.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue website content or features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access, permanent availability of any page, or preservation of user-entered information.

We may correct errors and update these terms by publishing a revised version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their effective date, subject to applicable law.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available”. SuperLabs disclaims warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from use of the public website, including lost profit, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, or data.

Where liability relating to the public website cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid specifically to access the website during the preceding twelve months or INR 10,000. This website limitation does not replace liability terms in a separate signed engagement agreement.

Applicable law and disputes

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive, courts with competent jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms or the public website.

Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the issue through written notice, unless urgent relief is reasonably required.
