Current use
The current Super Commerce website does not intentionally deploy non-essential advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral tracking. Privacy-conscious analytics is planned but is not currently active in the inspected site configuration.
The site may rely on strictly necessary technical behavior supplied by the hosting or security environment to deliver requests, protect the service, balance traffic, or prevent abuse. Such behavior can vary by infrastructure and should be reviewed whenever hosting configuration changes.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small data files stored on a browser or device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, SDK storage, cache identifiers, and mechanisms that store information on or read information from a device.
These technologies can support necessary operation, preferences, analytics, security, functionality, or advertising. The purpose—not merely the technology name—determines how it should be governed.
Technology categories
- Strictly necessary: required to deliver a requested service, preserve security, route traffic, or provide a feature that cannot reasonably operate without it.
- Preferences: remembers choices such as language, display, or consent settings.
- Analytics: measures how pages and journeys are used so performance and content can be improved.
- Advertising or cross-site tracking: profiles or recognizes activity across services for targeted marketing. Super Commerce does not currently intend to use this category on these pages.
Consent and control
Where applicable law requires consent, optional technologies will not be activated until the visitor makes a clear choice. Rejecting optional technologies should be as accessible as accepting them, and consent can be changed or withdrawn for future use.
Strictly necessary technologies may operate without optional consent where the law permits because the requested service cannot be provided securely or reliably without them.
Browser controls
Most browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies and site data. Blocking all storage may affect features that depend on preferences, authentication, security, or session continuity.
Browser controls do not necessarily prevent server logs or every form of similar technology. Use the site’s consent controls when available as well as browser settings.
Cookie inventory and changes
Before enabling optional analytics or another storage technology, SuperLabs should document its provider, name, purpose, data involved, duration, first- or third-party status, transfer implications, and consent requirement, and update this policy and consent controls.
Because infrastructure and providers change, this policy will be reviewed when relevant technology is introduced or materially changed.
Questions
Questions about cookies, consent, or site data may be sent to cr@superlabs.co. Include the browser, page, date, and concern where useful, but do not send sensitive credentials or customer data.
Contact Super Commerce before relying on an unclear provision. For an active client engagement, the signed agreement and applicable schedules take priority where they address the same subject.
