Who operates Super Commerce
Super Commerce is operated by SuperLabs. In this policy, “Super Commerce”, “SuperLabs”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to SuperLabs when it determines why and how personal data is handled through these pages and related business communications.
Privacy questions and requests may be sent to cr@superlabs.co. If a separate written client agreement identifies a different data-processing role for project data, that agreement controls for that project.
What this policy covers
This policy covers personal data associated with website visits, business enquiries, audit requests, architecture-session requests, partnership proposals, podcast communications, security reports, and related pre-contract or client communications.
It does not replace the privacy terms of a client, partner, payment provider, integration provider, or third-party website. Their policies apply when they independently determine how they use data.
Personal data we may handle
- Identity and professional details, such as name, job title, company, and work email.
- Business enquiry details, including company website, revenue range, commerce model, current platform, systems, priorities, timing, and information included in your message.
- Communications and relationship records, including correspondence, meeting notes, proposals, scope discussions, contracts, and service history.
- Technical and security information reasonably generated when the site is requested, such as IP address, request time, browser or device characteristics, requested URL, error logs, and security events.
- Cookie or analytics information only where the technology is active and its use is permitted; see the Cookies Policy.
- Information you choose to include in a vulnerability report, partner proposal, podcast suggestion, or other communication.
How the current enquiry forms work
The audit, partner, and architecture-session forms currently prepare a summary in your browser. Selecting the email button opens your email application with that summary pre-filled. The form itself does not automatically send the entered information to SuperLabs.
When you choose to send the email, your email provider and SuperLabs’ email provider process the message. Do not include passwords, payment-card data, health information, customer exports, production credentials, or other sensitive data in an initial enquiry.
Why we use personal data
- Respond to enquiries, qualify requests, prepare meetings, and communicate about potential or active work.
- Evaluate audits, projects, partnerships, suppliers, podcast proposals, and other business relationships.
- Prepare scope, proposals, contracts, invoices, delivery records, support, and relationship management.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, measure, and improve the website and related systems.
- Detect, investigate, coordinate, and remediate security, fraud, abuse, or availability issues.
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, contractual, and dispute-resolution obligations.
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims and protect people, systems, confidential information, and business interests.
Legal grounds
The legal ground depends on the context and applicable law. We may process data to take steps you request before entering a contract, perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests that are not overridden by individual rights, protect vital interests in exceptional circumstances, or act with consent where consent is required.
Typical legitimate interests include responding to business enquiries, managing professional relationships, securing systems, preventing abuse, improving services, and maintaining business records. Consent can be withdrawn for future processing where processing depends on consent.
International handling
SuperLabs may use providers or work with parties in more than one country. Where applicable law restricts international transfers, we use a recognized transfer mechanism or another lawful basis and apply safeguards appropriate to the data and risk.
No internet or email transmission is completely secure. We use reasonable safeguards, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep data
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including business follow-up, active delivery, relationship history, security, tax, accounting, contractual, and legal requirements.
Retention depends on the record. Unsuccessful or inactive enquiries may be removed or minimized when no longer useful, subject to legal and dispute requirements. Contract, invoice, security, and project records may need to be kept longer. Backup copies are removed through normal backup lifecycles.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request information or access, correction, completion, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, portability, grievance handling, or review of certain automated decisions. Send a clear request to cr@superlabs.co.
We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify identity, authority, and scope. Rights can be limited by law, confidentiality, the rights of others, legal claims, security, or record-keeping duties. You may also raise a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.
Children
Super Commerce is a business-facing service and is not directed to children. Do not submit a child’s personal data through these pages. If you believe such data has been provided, contact us so we can assess and take appropriate action.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the site, data practices, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated in a manner appropriate to their effect.
Contact Super Commerce before relying on an unclear provision. For an active client engagement, the signed agreement and applicable schedules take priority where they address the same subject.
